2020 volvo 380, less than 100 hours, last year boat ran great. Had my marina service engine in fall. Not sure if they forgot to replace oil, or it leaked out, but there was a lot of oil in bilge when i unwrapped, and the engine was 5 quarts short. Starts right up, and shoots to 180 degrees, which seems hotter than it ran last year, so I shut it down when it gets there. The oil gauge after starting pins to the high side. Never had oil in bilge before. Got the boat last spring, so I wanted it served by a a professional. Now I'm wondering what the heck they did.

temp is a bit hot, get that fixed. I doubt a 2 year old motor would have a rotted pan so check the oil pan drain plug. Oil filters and remote oil lines do not leak with the motor off so gravity cant suck the oil out.
Verify oil pressure with a mechanical gauge
