Cant find model

I have this mercury on my boat and it has a damaged cilinder but i cant find any information or references on the web

It has a serial number but i cant trace it down

The number is 9208723
 
It will need to be taken apart to evaluate.-----Read serial # again.----Usually there is a letter at the front of the number.
