Steering Stops

???----Model # is ???----What do you mean by " rear tiller " ??------Perhaps it is a model where you have to turn it 180 degrees to get reverse !
 
I don't see a model #, there is just a 4 in the back of the cowl and Mercury on the sides. The serial number is A813407, and it says made in Japan.
There is a shifter for F-N-R. I thought the steering would only rotate 90 degrees from center but after replacing the shifter lever it will continue to rotate all the way around.
