Need help with a Mariner serial number

I have an outboard that has Mariner 75 on the engine cover and I have a serial number plate that doesn't look like any that I have seen online. It only has a serial number and Mercury Marine on it with no other info. All of my searching I haven't been able to find anything on the serial number. I have searched the Mercury website and many others with no luck. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
 
I’m having the same issue. 75hp 3cyl and all I see is 0B207810. I have a manual but I need to know the year to figure out which diagrams to use.
 
The 6420188 is listed under the 83 model year Mercury for a 4 cylinder 80 HP.----But Mariner models were first marketed for 1983 I believe.----Need a picture of the 3 cylinder 75 HP 0B207810.
 
I went out and took some pics with the flashlight but I'm having trouble dropping the pics in. I'm guessing I have to use a web based photo storage and drop a URL?
