Mercury water pump not working

Help me! I have a 2000 90hp mercury motor that has very little water coming out the piss hole! I have changed the impeller in the water pump. It worked great for a few hours and now it’s barely pissing water again! What to do?
 
Something has changed so i would try taking the lower unit off again and see if there is anything visibly wrong or an obstruction somewhere.
