Screw perforation in underfloor gas tank. Advice and help

Unfortunately a screw through a bulkhead has perforated and installed gas tank in a 21 foot sterndrive boat the bulkhead could be cut to access the plastic gas tank. Does anybody have experience with whether gas tank repair is possible or will I need to have the tank removed and replaced. Certainly don’t want to worry about a ceiling repair. Lastly does anyone have advice as to who can do this kind of work in southern Ontario Canada. Thank you for your reply
 
Some plastics can be welded.----You must nave somebody in the GTA that you can consult.---Auto body shops may help find somebody.
