Wiring harness maybe

2018 Honda 250hp BF250AXA electrical problem. First let me say i isolated the Perko switch by connecting directly to the battery and the voltage at the engine was almost 13V.
Out fishing and went to move - no power to the helm. Played around with the wiring and it started up only to fail so i had to get towed in.
Voltage at the helm fluctuates with the key turned on but today there was no voltage to the key switch and the trim wouldn't work at all.
I have a dropbox vid of what was happening today. I think it's the wiring harness - any thoughts guys?

Installer crushed the battery harness insulation so after two years it finally corroded to the point there was no voltage to the fuse box and thus the computer.
Ran new wiring - all good now.
They also used 3/8 gray cheap gas line ( honda uses 5/16 ) yea i ran all new line.

hondas are bad for wiring harness mine shut off 20miles offshore i moved wiring harness going into 225hp and it started up move harness again it shut off. i put new harness on problem gone
