Hi, I have been restoring a 1970 (Model 559HA) Chrysler 55 hp outboard engine. At first things seemed to be going well but then there were problems running the engine. The following things have been done:
1. Suspected engine cover gasket leaking cooling water into engine crankcase> new engine cover gasket replaced but the problem did not go away. Everything looks good inside the engine
2. The breaker plate has been checked and the connector surfaces have been sanded and checked that the spark plugs are working correctly

May it occur to you what the problem might be?

Other than the idle might be a bit low??? it sounds ok from the video.
In N 1100-1200 in gear in the water 800rpm's
Compression?? as long as it's within 5-10# it should be ok.

Not enough time in the video to see cylinder walls.----But engine does not sound too bad.-----Post those compression numbers or a 30 second video of BOTH cylinder walls.-----Also the cylinder head was warped.----They all are.----Should have been trued up before the new head gasket was installed !
