2010 6hp 4-stroke MFS6B
This morning this little workhorse was running great getting my RIB with me and my wife onto a plane. We tied up at a dock. Two hours later when we went to return to our big boat - easy start, good idle to 1/4 throttle. Then when I accelerated to full throttle the engine hesitated then ran but not at normal high RPM. I backed off for 5 minutes then tried again with same results. I have experienced idle issues and resolved by cleaning the jets and changing the filter. I guess this is the same process to follow again. Is this the right path? Anything else to check? I would just charge ahead but we are in a semi-remote area so a convenient location to safely clean the carb is tricky.
