Left my ignition on for a couple days now I get no spark

Knowing I shouldn't have, I left my keys in the ignition in the on position for a couple of days and now my boat wont start.
Currently, the starter motor engages and turns the engine over, but it doesn't start as there is no spark.

I tested my ignition coil and it was damaged/broken. I replaced the ignition coil with a new one but unfortunately I continue to get no spark. My ignition switch was original and wonky (could spin completely around) so I replaced that too. Unfortunately still receiving no spark. Attached pictures of my engine, my alternator, and my ignition coil.

The boat was converted by the previous owner to use electronic ignition.

Prior to me leaving the ignition to 'on' it was working great, so I know for sure that is what caused the problem. If anyone has any ideas what I should look into next it would be greatly appreciated.
