Alarm issue/new comer!

Hey, I'm new here and I've learned so much just by reading the forum.

ive got twin Honda 225, 2003's

at idle check engine light will alarm. pulled codes, it shows 1 flash ... pause, then 4 flashes and 1 short flash to make 5?

I'm guessing I've got 2 different codes. 1 and a 5. problem is i don't see a code 5 in anything online?

need a little help!
 
That makes perfect sense, thank you for clearing that up chawk man!

i swapped the o2 sensor out, cleared the codes ran the boat. still got the beep right away, but i minus a code #1. the code that came up was 41 still.

Has any one had any luck with aftermarket 02 sensors?
 
The 41 code is the HO2 sensor heater circuit. I believe that they are the white wires going to the HO2 sensor, See if you are getting 12 volts on those. If not, check the connector that they come from.
