I have bought a new boat in a previous thread i inquired about an ignition i got a new one and wired it up
got good fuel running to my 402 mercury fired the motor up and it runs full boar immediately
im guessing its something with the carb seeing as the throttle cable is not doing it
any help would be appreciated
motor is 402 mercury has 135 psi compression on both cylinders
and if anyone could help identifying the exact year on the 402 mercury i have the serial # is 5041721
