I bought a rebuilt motor for my boat. It is supposed to be a 200 efi. I believe a 1999. There is no serial/model # label on the tilt bracket. The serial number on the soft plug (not sure this is the proper name) comes back as a 175 efi. The cowling says 200 efi and on the front of the motor is this - 200 EFI EC, Could this be a different head used to rebuild this 200hp motor? I am not sure what to do if I need to order parts and etc. later. Just trying to figure out what the motor is. Is there any where else to look for a serial #?
