1978 Mercury L4 850 Shift shaft "bushing?"

hello I am looking for the bushing or spacer or whatever, that is pictured below. it sits into the midsection of my OB and holds the shift shaft in position so its not loose in the cavity. if anyone could tell me the name of the part or if I need it or not that would be great.Inkedreverse locking cam_LI.jpg
 
That's the reverse lock actuator that's currently upside down, (the shift shaft bushing is screwed into the LU) and a cam sits below to actuate the reverse lock

might as well order the 3 pieces.
