Hello everyone, I Got a yahama 80hp 4stroke f80tlrx. The single piston trim is model 67F-01.. I noticed the seals was leaking and taking in water and the manual release screw slot was stripped out. I ordered a new release screw assembly and seals and backing rings. Took trim off boat used a manual impact to remove release screw and replaced it and the seals....all went well, I prefilled piston assembly with atf fluid (dexron/merc) and installed back on boat. bleed and filled system, and all seems to work great until I put boat in reverse and then the motor kicked up out of water...Assuming it had air in system so rebleed system etc..still no reverse lock....anyone have any advise!! I'm all ears thxs
