85hp force spark issues

Took the boat out yesterday (16ft bayliner Capri) idles great of course without load. Shifts without dying. Hit the intercoastal and plowing water won’t go more then 10mph. Carbs have been cleaned/rebuilt new spark plugs. It ran in the 30’s previously. I checked compression it’s at 95 all 3 cylinders. And spark test I saw cylinder one (top cylinder) wasn’t sparking. Swapped ignition coil and connector for cylinder two and top still wasn’t firing.
 
The first thing I'd check is the trigger leads.
They are very thin and can break easily.
They break at the end usually under the shrink wrap on the connector.
You try changing the plug?
Then I'd try swapping the packs around and see if the no spark follows the change???
95# that shows something is wrong, the good is all 3 are the same.
Should read with a good gauge around 150#
Those tests show ok?? then I'd look at the stator..
