[h=2]2014 Mercury 60HP 4-stroke Outboard Engine sound alarm and cuts out[/h]My Engine starts up fine. I run it for a while and then get an alarm. At 1000 to 2000 RPMs it runs rough and the motor is speeding up then slowing down then speeding back up...etc until it eventually cuts off. It runs better over 3000 RPMs with slight speed variations. I have changed the IAC and the lower gear fluid and the oil and the spark plugs. The gas is still new at 93 Octane. I did put dry gas to get rid of water.
