Suzuki DF 2.5 propeller

I am trying to fit a replacement propeller to a Suzuki 2.5 outboard, but can’t seem to get the old one off!
The nut is turning but it doesn’t actually come undone at all, if that makes sense?!
 
If it’s the black plastic prop nut (post 2013) you will need a new prop nut. The actual nut is brass encased in black plastic and the plastic is turning but the brass nut isn’t, destroy the black plastic nut carefully and you will be left with the brass nut on the shaft, gently heat the brass nut and unscrew it with a pair of mole grips.
