Need (+) and (-) for GPS on MFS30

I'm adding a cheap GPS-tracker for the outboard. With 500 mah backup

Where can I find positive and ground(-) under the hood of my Tohatsu MFS30 2015 (European)

The motor has battery continuous.

Negative ground is on aby bolt to the block. The battery cable at the start solenoid (if electric start) is +12v.

Yes, the battery cables of course, but I was hoping to find +12v at the 'wiring-plinth' under the plastic cover at the front?

Sorry, but what is 'ABY Bolt'?
