Ignition conversion

I have an old 2 stroke 3 horsepower single cylinder outboard that has no spark. The motor cover says mercury, however, from my understanding, it is a tohatsu motor. It has a points/condenser ignition and I want to convert it to an electronic ignition. Can anyone recommend a system that has worked well?
 
You are sure it is a 3 hp model ?-----A good start would be the serial # of your motor.------Might be cheaper to find another motor or a parts motor.------What inspection / testing have you done on your motor ?

serial # OA857971. Has no spark and wanting to convert to electronic ignition instead of points/condenser
 
Any pictures of this motor ?----You are sure it is a 3 HP.----Motor was made where ?-----Picture of the serial # plate ?
