so we are a marina we sell new boats as well as service them and have always been honda dealer well things happen and we have a shortage on motors and we become a suzuki dealer as well i have done the online training for suzuki connect and have rigged quite a few suzukis now but this was my first ap model well i believe we have a few things missing i have the isolator wire but missing the sub battery cable that was supposed to be in rigging kit i know you have to calibrate these engines but the engine will not trim up nor when you turn the key to the on position you dont get a chime or anything which i thought was odd so i grabbed my volt meter and checked relays and fuses and confirmed i had power at the fuse box but not any going out so my question is am i missing anything else that could be causing my problem is the sub battery cable required for the engine to trim up?
