1996 75 hp force

I got the head gasket but it on and now the middle cylinder is flooding bad. I check the fuel pump to see if it had a hole in it was good the recycle hose that come from the bottom of the crank case that hooks up to the middle intake had a lot of gas coming out of it. Could it be that little bleed nipple on the bottom of the crank case? I need a little expert advice.

I'd check the primer and see if it's bad?
Tiny hose from primer to carb, unhook it and start the motor.
If gas flows then the primers bad????
Or pinch off the hose and see if that makes a difference?
