I have a 87 150 xr2 that has the square 3 wire trim pump and side fill tube. I am wondering If there is a newer complete tilt and trim assembly that I could replace the current set up with or do i need to stick with what is currently equiped? The unit bleeds off but will raise and lower so it does need rebuilt. I am having trouble locating a seal kit for the current model. Wondering if it might be better to just get a newer assembly if its compatible with my motor.
