Default Damage to Deck and Topside Trim on 1975 Sea Ray

My first reaction to the weathering of the trim and deck on this Sea Ray was that a good portion of the wood needed to be lightly sanded and treated with a coat of thinned epoxy. The hatches on the topside of the bow appear to be very damaged and weathered and will need to be replaced. The hatch in the middle of the deck has lost a supporting brace of some kind. The local boat shop in Arizona has mentioned using Teak wood for some of the repair.Click image for larger version.
