2012 ETEC 130hp starter stalls out, video linked

This problem began over the summer. My engine would fire, run rough for a few seconds then die. When trying to restart the starter would stall out. If i pulse the starter on and off a whole bunch at the right interval the engine will eventually start, run rough for several seconds then seem to be fine until the first throttle up. It will also restart fine immediately after it runs smoothly.

The first throttle up will be low on power but after that the engine is fine, it will restart fine after a few hours of fishing too.

It does this on either battery, one of which is new, and when the batteries are combined. It could be due for new spark plugs.

Time to do a compression test.-----Also check gear oil in lower unit.----Might be time to inspect starter too.

Jump the starter on the engine with the key off and see if the engine cranks normal.
