With so many O2 Sensor replacements and bad practice, I ended up damaging the Thread on my Starboard BF200AK2. This has the new Sensor (small thread) and the manifold is aluminium so don´t do like I did, and respect the torque because I broke it very easily.
Internal anodes are not too bad, photo shows cleaned with 260 hrs, replaced but will not do the starboard manifold or the other engine yet. I also replaced the Manifold Gasket and Orings.
Thread repaired with Stainless Steel insert kit bough on Amazon for about 12€. New P/N Sensor thread is M10x1.25
