Replaced the seals in my 2000 Mercury 150 tilt cylinder on my tilt and trim. Assembled and filled with ATF and bleed system of air. Filled with with ATF to correct level. It will tilt up complete and down to trim cylinders but will not trim down. The only way to get the motor to drop complete is to manually release. So motor works fine.
