Older motor - not sure if 9.9 or 15?

Got this older small merc on a skiff I picked up to enjoy the local river. Just curious (cause there’s no markings) if someone can help identify it.

serial number on the transom bracket says 0B114571.

google brings up nothing. Put in marine engine search and it takes me to a page for parts for 9.9 and 15

previous owner said 15 - so trying to figure out.

Well----these motors all look the same.------So information , like the size main carburetor jet can help identify it.

Yes they kind of do in the parts catalog, etc. but originally from new your exact serial number posted belonged to a 6 HP engine. Just figured you'd like to know for a better starting point while performing your further detailed searches.
