Help, what year is my Crusader 305XL?

1996 would have been the year they left the factory...the serial number notes really apply to those engines assembled in the 1990's or before...

Thanks, any idea where can I find an owner manual for that year? The one I can find online is 1980 - 1992
 
The online manuals covering 1980-1992 would be the factory service manual...the owner's manual for the 1990's engines is part number TECM-548, the service manual should be TECM-600.

You can likely get them from crusader's technical support line....they have been known to email PDF files from the 'older' products.

you may also find either in one of the many file sharing sites.
