Motor no spark

Ok motor no fire. 1, changed plugs. same. Cut kill switch on cowling, got shocked then from tiller arm same shocked. Sprayed starter fluid in card nothing. Did the same in cylinders put plugs back in no fire.
Help
 
I'll check spark from plugs after I have a tooth cut out this morning. But like I said I put starter fluid in cylinders put plugs back no fire net even when I sparyed in carburetor.
 
I say there is no spark at all.-----How did it start for you last season ?------Safety lanyard in place ?----Run / Stop switch in the right position.

Ran great last Tue and Wed no prob. While at boat ramp ran card dry Tue Wed used kill switch. Sat till yesterday and at the ramp no fire. Back at camp I checked out no fire
