any body around Barnegat bay had power washed for winter they always do a good job.this time it looks like a leopard spots.checked a few other boats at marina the have them too.their smooth from the power wash.but hard even to scrape i am using aqua guard water base. for passed 10 years.what kind a cems do you guys think to try?i can sand it but thats work or use black paint next season. i am using green now thanks for any help.
