Hi Team
The gear shifter I have on my 6hp four stroke is stiff. I bought it second hand and didn’t notice.
1) Do I need to remove the powerhead to get to the shifter rod o-rings etc. I had to do this on 5hp two stroke. The shifter rod plastic swells up making it a tight fit.
2) Is there any sort of gasket between the power head and the lower cowling? I can’t see any on the diagrams. I basically want to pre order any necessary parts.
