What parts should I make sure I keep from a donor 25hp 3 cylinder (1998)

in my quest to get e-start on my 25hp, I'm now the proud owner of a donor motor that I will likely part out over time. There is no foot, or CDI, or eye.
I'm obviously taking all the electric start components off it. Beyond those bits, are there pieces that make the most sense to keep or resell? The powerhead itself I think is good but I'll be sure to check compression. thoughts?
