I am looking for direction on an issue w/ my 2002 Yamaha 30HP 4-stroke - F30TLRA. I've attached a quick video that shows the problem here:

About 6 months ago it started making an intermittent whining/humming noise while running and it has gotten worse, now to a point where it won't stay on. I am looking for some direction on what I need to target...fuel pump? Something else?
