2012 Merc 115 EFI gives 6 beeps (1 normal at key on and then 6 more) when engine is full trim down before starting. If engine is full trim up I get just the single beep. I disconnected the trim sensor wire and that made no difference. MAT checked per manual at diff temps and resistance is good. TPS checked while on diagnostic and is good. Pulled fuel float switch and flipping up and down triggered switch correctly. Engine does not start right away, fires then crank crank, then fires and stays running. Runs thru all RPM ranges ok though I do get some occasional hesitation in the 3k rpm range which may or may not be related. While under way fuel rail pressure is stable in the low to mid 40s. New fuel filters, spark plugs, injectors serviced as PM.
Any ideas of what to check next? Puzzled by the fact that the beeps is related to engine position.
