Engine runs rough/dies!?!?!

I am new to this forum and looking for some help...
I have a 7.4L Volvo Penta that will not run properly. When I crank it over, it will start and immediately die. If I disconnect the Throttle position sensor, It will start and run but the engine surges and runs rough. The IAC, TPS, MAT, MAP, ECT, ICM, and fuel injectors have all been replaced very recently. Looking for advice as to where I should be troubleshooting next?

I have checked all the connections, I have now replaced all the pigtails to the sensors just to be sure... Paying extra close attention to proper wire locations of course.
