1996 30hp 2-Stroke Oil Leak E30ELED

I have a greenish oil leaking from the top part of the motor and running down the right side of the shaft. What could cause this and how can I fix it?

If it runs fine. Then run the motor out of fuel when you are done using it.
 
I believe there is a wee hose that goes from the bottom of the motor block ( near the front ) to the the top bearing.----Look for it and replace if it is leaking.
