2002 40 hp 4 stroke 3 cylinder efi won't start

I have a 2002 mercury 40 hp four stroke efi 3 cylinder that quit running and will not start. I have checked fuel lines replaced filters and have checked spark and compression. All are good. Checked and cleaned vst tank and have good pressure. Still will not start. Any advice as to what to check next would be very helpful. Thank you.
 
did you pull a fuel sample? water in gas, old gas? use another fuel tank. Lanyard stop switch in on position? check your fuses, how many volt on the battery? Crank Position Sensor good? Fuel pump should run 2 seconds after key switch is turned to “RUN” position. let us know.
