2006 bf90a somebody please measure their dip stick for me?

The rubber stopper came loose on my dip stick. Dealer says part discontinued and can't help. If someone with the same engine could please measure theirs and let me know, I'd really appreciate it?

I can't supply you with the measurement but another way to make the "adjustment" would be to do an oil and filter change and fill the crankcase with the exact amount listed in the owner's manual. After starting and running the engine a couple of minutes to fill and saturate the oil filter media the oil level will be at the "full" position if you shut the engine off and allow the oil to drain back into the sump. 3 to 7 minutes should suffice. Then,you can figure out where the stopper should be re-secured by doing a bit of trial and error dipping until it's exactly on the full mark.
