559HL stopped running

My 79 55 HP Model 559H9L was running fine for a bit over 2 hours, then started acting like the fuel tank was empty. Changed tanks, then it would run smoothly for about 4 seconds, then stop for a few seconds, run again for a few seconds, etc. Came home, checked the tank, it was not enpty. Changed fuel pump, same thing happened again. Have good spark. Acts the same with either tank. removed fuel line, squeezed primer bulb, fuel came out smoothly and clean, no water. What else could cause this?
 
Remove all inline connectors in the fuel system, there's rubber in there that can go bad and allow it to suck air.
The primer bulb has a one way valve inside, it can go bad over time and block fuel from going to the carb.
 
It was the circuit breaker. Ran 4 seconds, quit, before stopped, restarted for 4 seconds, quit. Replaces 25 amp circuit breaker, runs fine now.
