I have a 2001 ox66 250 that keeps fouling the plug in the number 4 cylinder. All low pressure fuel pumps are new, replaced the #3 and #4 injectors and swapped coil packs. A friend of mine who is a mechanic says it could be a stuck ring, check valve or head gasket. I am at a loss does anybody think it could be an issue with the ECU or experienced similar issues? I am at a loss so any thoughts or options would be greatly appreciated.
