Setting Cam Angle Retard with Rinda Techmate

Hi

I have twin 2016 Merc 377 Mag ECT motors and would like to check / set the cam angle retard on both motors.

My Rinda Techmate displays the info.

I am looking for the the correct spec. as interpreted by the Rinda Tech Mate.

Also, at what rpm is the cam angle retard best checked at?
