the motor runs great on muffs or in a barrel. . .when i launch in the water it acts like it wants to run and then stalls at a certain rpm and wont wind up and scream like it should. . . .entire fuel system has been replaced. . . im being told now that its the oiler sending too much oil and fouling the plugs. . .has anyone ever heard of this happening?
