1996 Suzuki DT65. Hydrolocked? Seized? Bent Rod?

Good day all,

I got a really clean motor for basically free from a guy who thought he overheated and seized the engine. I took it home and it appears that water got into the top cylinder (see pictures). I pulled the cylinder cover, and head to find rust on the walls. He claimed he was unable to get full power on the motor (blown head cylinder ring and water ingress found after dissection). He brought it back to his house and 3 weeks later he took it out and the engine was seized but was idling at the boat launch when he brought it back and never heard any weird noises, knocks, or bangs.

I have been soaking the 3 cylinders in ATP transmission fluid, seafoam and pb blaster as well as oil twice a day for 4 days. I have put 110 ft/lbs on the flywheel nut it won't budge. Do I need to pull the whole powerhead and split the crankcase?

Or should I be patient and keep soaking it? Applying force once a day.

If anyone is interested. Full powerhead rebuild.

Top cylinder was rusted beyond saving, bearings as well and had to hone the cylinders.

New to me crankshaft on its way. Gaskets, bearings, pistons, rings etc.
