My engine shut down with no spark and the fuel pump does not turn on when you start the ignition
I plugged the engine into a Rinda Techmate pro and got a “engine shutdown emergency stop telltale indicator has been set”
im not sure if this is an old message that hadn’t been deleted or if it relates to my current situation.
I have replaced the cap,roter coil and crankshaft sensor.
could any of the relays be my problem?
 
yes, it could be the main power relay causing the ECU to not receive power when the key is switched to RUN...may also be a fuse...
 
Check your fuel pump relays, and or fuses. There should be 3 of them on top of engine. Also, jiggle the wires for relays and see if fuel pump comes to life. It could be a cracked wire leading to a relay. It's an easy repair to solder in new relay harness. If that is the case and you wish to build up new Delphi relay harness (4 wires and socket) respond back and I could share link for Delphi components.
