Hi, recently rebuilt both carbs, due to stalling while trolling and surging at higher speeds. Prior to rebuilding noticed a lot more oil/gas mix on transom. When running noticed fuel leaking out of throat and base of emulsion tubes. Decided to take of VRO pump as well and replace hoses, and plan to get kit. Also noticed exposed brass nipple beneath bottom carb that leaks a drip or two but when tilt motor drips pretty good. Should there be a hose from that nipple to air silencer? Is it normal for that drip? Also confused when I started tearing into VRO Im not seeing remnants of vacuum passage o ring or piston stem. First go at boat motor. Thanks!
