Hello, I recently purchased a 1977 Johnson 25 horse with the typical 70"s white OMC controls(Single black lever with red "depress" lever on the underside) - When I took it apart , noticed there was no alarm horn. There are 2 purple wires with terminals, and 1 tan wire with a terminal - they are connected to NOTHING. Would this prevent the motor from turning over when I turn the key? (Is this breaking the circuit, or is this an "optional" thing?) --can they be "Jumpered" if necessary?
