The inflatable boats present more drag.---A 12' aluminum would be faster.
At first glance mounts look ok. But you will have to move things around to see if they separate or have pulled apart. Take it out on the water and drive, throttle up and down. Watch the engine see if things move that shouldn't.

..... do the 15hp conversion on it. I finished mine and I am very thrilled. A 1975 Johnson 9.9, that acts a bit bigger. But still idles as smooth as can be, loads of low end torque, and revs nice.
I am looking for a 9.5 for a project as we speak, but covid has people money goofy now.
