68 Johnson 9.5 HP

At first glance mounts look ok. But you will have to move things around to see if they separate or have pulled apart. Take it out on the water and drive, throttle up and down. Watch the engine see if things move that shouldn't.

I took your advice. Bit the bullet. Picked up a 76 Evinrude 9.9hp
