Eliminate vro2

1997 evinrude E200TXEUA . Can I eliminate or block off the oil side of the vro2 pump and mix my fuel. Is there a replacement fuel pump I can use? Thanks in advance.
 
I had replaced My vro2 pump and mixed my fuel just in case it wasn't pumping oil. I was glad I did but now my alarm is sounding and Im getting way to much oil .it seems to be drowning my plugs and keeps stalling. When I clamp off my vro2 it runs much cleaner. Didnt want to waist the fuel.
 
Could be a problem with the oil tank vent. This will case an "over-oiling". Oil will push into the motor even when it's not running. It will burst out in blue smoke when you first start it and while letting it warm up.
