OMC 1984 lower removal

Hi sorry I know this has probably been beat to death. I have the bolts removed but cannot separate the lower from the drive. It is still on the boat. any help would be appreciated thanks mike.
 
Shift cable is disconnected I hope.----And careful with that cable as it takes many beer tokens to replace it if you can find one.
 
No it is not disconnected. Is there a step by step manual or something ? The lower is stuck I have all the bolts out does not budge.
 
omc3.jpg6 That hold the lower, 4 that hold the whale tail looking thing and 3 that hold zinks. I don't know about salt water but there is some white dust.
